Reference Number 0000344869 The County of Leelanau (hereinafter referred to as the "County") solicits proposals from interested, experienced, and qualified vendors for the purpose of providing construction services for the remodel of the Gazebo located at Old Settlers Park of Burdickville, 8854 Dunns Farm Road, Maple City, MI 49664. Scope Of Service 1. Remove and Replace Cedar Shake Roofing Shingles, flashings and top cap. Replace with like materials. 2. Decking and Stairs: Provide separate quotes for each Option. a. Option A: Remove Deck and stair boards and replace them with Trex or Trex equivalent boards. b. Option B: Strip, Power wash, Sand and Refinish Decking and Stairs with waterproof deck stain. 3. Replace lattice from both upper decorative treatments and lower rails with vinyl lattice material using the same shape for both the upper and lower lattice as currently installed. 4. Install Vinyl siding on Gazebo Skirting. 5. Repaint all wood surfaces. Work to be completed in either the period from August 26, 2024, through November 1, 2024.
