Description: The major items of work for the project consist of Tree Clearing and Removal, approximately 6.0 acres Hydro-Seeding (P), 6.0 acres Work shall be substantially completed by April 1, 2025 and final completion with vegetation established July 1, 2025. It is the intent to provide a recommendation of award to the Board of Managers on May 22, 2024 for its selection and award of contract.
