This project provides for the asphalt resurfacing of the Turnpike eastbound and westbound lanes with superpave asphalt material. The project also provides for slab stabilization, diamond grinding of concrete pavement, concrete pavement and asphalt pavement patching, installation of S.N.A.P., Permanent Preformed Patterned Reflective Pavement Markings. Maintenance and Protection of Turnpike traffic is also included. Milepost 247.79 is located approximately 0.79 miles East of the Harrisburg East Interchange, Exit 247, and Milepost 254.87 is located approximately 11.13 miles West of the Lebanon-Lancaster Interchange, Exit 266, in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. A Prequalification Certification and Applicable Capacity Rating assigned by the Prequalification Office of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is a necessary prerequisite for bidding on this project.
