The City of Hollywood is seeking bids to establish a contract to supply all labor, equipment, tools, and materials from qualified and certified Contractors to replace one (1) HVAC unit at South Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (SRWWTP), 1621 N 14th Ave, Hollywood, FL, 33020. Question Submission Deadline:April 11, 2024, 3:00pm The City of Hollywood is seeking proposals from a licensed and insured contractor for the replacement of one (1) 40-ton NEW Trane commercial package Unit, located at South Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (SRWWTP), Influent MCC room, 1621 N 14th Ave, Hollywood, FL, 33020. All proposals will provide a "turn-key" solution and must include all costs, labor, machinery, tools, means of transportation, supplies, equipment, materials, services, and permitting to be considered a valid proposal. We are looking for an exact replacement. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Conduct a pre-construction walk-through to inspect and verify the current unit and check measurements prior to purchasing the unit. 2. Permit fees associated with the above-mentioned work. 3. Provide crane service for removal and installation of equipment, including any arrangement for unit delivery and offload. the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and request new bids/proposals. The City also reserves the right to award any resulting agreement as it deems will best serve the interests of the city.
