The successful bidder will be required to furnish a labor and material bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and a faithful performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, said bonds to have sureties satisfactory to the Ventura Unified School District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or accept any bid if such action is in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities in any bid. The District may award a contract on an individual project or combination of projects, whichever is to the best interest of the District.
