Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Homestead, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The work consist of all preparation for the removal and replacement of eleven (11) exterior doors to the building. The Contractor shall supply all labor, parts, and material necessary for the completion of the new doors. The Contractor shall take all due precautions to protect the building during the process of the removal and replacement of the doors. Any stucco, paint, and/or flooring damaged by the removal and installation of the doors shall be repaired, finished, and painted to match existing by the Contractor. The work to be performed shall include, but is not limited to the following: Remove the following exterior doors: Four (4) roll-up doors. Four (4) single exterior hollow metal louver doors. Three (3) double exterior hollow metal louver doors. Furnish and Install new the following: Three (3) flush hollow metal doors with 1 Lock Prep, 24"x24" bottom louvers, hollow metal frames, NRP Hinges set of 3. Anchors Set of 8 RH, 2 LH (3'x7') in accordance with NOA No. 21-0216.07 One (1) flush hollow metal door with 1 Lock Prep, hollow metal frame, Anchors set of 8 RH (3'x7') in accordance with NOA No. 21-0708.15. Three (3) flush hollow metal doors with 1 Lock Prep, 24"x24" bottom louvers, hollow metal frames, anchor set of 8, slide bolts, flat astragal, LH ACT (6'x7') in accordance with NOA No. 21-0216.07. One (1) Grey Hurricane Rated Best Rolling Commercial Roll Up S10-65-65 with new tracks, springs, and hardware (8' x 8'7"). Three (3) Grey Hurricane Rated Best Rolling Commercial Roll Up S10-65-65 with new tracks, springs, and hardware (4' x 6'7"). Permits will be required for this project. The Contractor will have thirty (30) days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to obtain all necessary building permits and to complete all the work specified on this quote request. A. Bids that do not contain completed and properly executed forms and affidavits, as required and included in these Bid Documents, may be rejected by the City. B. Bids which are not responsive to the Bid Documents shall be rejected by the City. C. Bids will be considered irregular and may be rejected if they contain omissions, alterations of form, additions not called for, unauthorized alternate bids, or other irregularities. D. Any of the following additional factors may be considered sufficient cause for the rejection of the Bid. All Quotations must be received no later than Thursday, April 11, 2024, 5:00 pm, EST. The responsibility for submitting quotes before the stated time and date is solely the responsibility of the vendor.
