This project is funded under a grant contract with the State of Tennessee. The term "Work" includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and services necessary to construct the Project as described in the Contract Documents, whether or not all materials and equipment are incorporated or will be incorporated in the Project; and all Work deemed necessary to fully close the Project including demobilization.
