Wilkinson County Health Department Renovation No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each Bidder must include with his proposal, a Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent of his bid, payable to the Board of Supervisors, Wilkinson County, Mississippi, as bid security. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. The work under this contract includes extensive and thorough renovations to the existing Wilkinson County Health Department Building as indicated on the drawings and described through these specifications including any addenda or other changes as issued prior to bidding. The finished project shall include fully-functioning (like-new) building components and systems with all newly constructed, finished and/or painted surfaces, components and systems whether or not specifically delineated. All personnel doors and cabinet doors shall function like new (including hardware, connectors, paint finishes, etc.) and all existing devices, switches, controls, shall be replaced or repaired to appear and function like new.
