Site work and new construction of a medical facility in West Valley City, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a medical facility.

Plans call for a new University of Utah Health hospital at t 3750 S. 5600 West in West Valley City Construction will be done in phases with a multispecialty outpatient coming first in 2027. It will have an emergency department, exam rooms and some specialty care such as a facility for heart care. Hospital rooms will come at a later time which have yet to be determined. The university anticipates breaking ground in early 2025. As of May 10, 2024, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available.
