New lane configuration (two additional lanes) of travel on Scenic Drive South, an additional westbound lane (second) to the Whoop-Up Drive westbound merge lane for approx. 1,800 metres of roadway from intersection of 3 Ave S to the merge lane on Whoop-up Drive, and construction of the Whoop-Up Drive under Scenic Drive bridge pier barrier upgrade. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Construction start is expected in 2026. Tender from general contractors may be issued late 2025/early 2026.
