Renovation of a museum in Logansport, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

The City of Logansport is requesting quotes from qualified roofing contractors for the replacement of the roofs at: Memorial Home 706 E. Market St. Logansport, IN 46947 All roofing materials are to be fully replaced, so that the building can continue to serve the community. The following materials or equivalent shall be the basis of design and used to replace existing like-kind surfaces. Alternate materials must be approved in advance of installation. Three-Tab Asphalt Shingles ASTM D3462/D3462M, glass-fiber reinforced, mineral-granule surfaced, and selfsealing; with tabs regularly spaced. Wind Resistance: 100 mph Algae Resistance: Granules resist algae discoloration. Warranty: 30 years EPDM Membrane 60 mil, fully adhered Black color Type II, scrim or fabric internally reinforced Roof membrane shall resist impact damage when tested according to ASTM D3746, ASTM D4272, or the Resistance to Foot Traffic Test in FM Approvals 4470.
