The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Chiller Replacement - Meadowview Readiness Center located at Meadowview Readiness Center, 3250 Meadowview Road, Sacramento, California. Work to include: Furnishing and installing all materials and labor required to replace the pumps on the cooler tower at the Meadowview Armory located in Sacramento, CA. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Contract Manager (CM) for this project is Anthony E. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license, or subcontract to one. The Government Estimate for this project is between $153,000.00 and $188,000.00. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Anthony E.
