Reference Number 0000348537 Delivery Point: FRCC Westminster Campus - 3645 W. 112th Ave, Westminster CO 80031 Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: + 4 additional option years FRCC-Westminster Campus intends to select a vendor to perform custodial services in the College Hill Library building, Main building C and B Levels and Rocky Mountain Room and Rotunda, South Classroom building and Public Spaces throughout campus. Custodial services will include, but are limited to, classroom cleaning, office cleaning, public space cleaning and restroom cleaning. The expectation is that the total service contracts will equal 420 service hours per week. This breaks down to 400 hours each week with additional 20 hours each week spent cleaning the College Hill Library and Main building and Rotunda restrooms each weekend.
