Renovation of a military facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform HVAC System Replacement located at Okinawa Cyber Server Room, 8450 Okinawa Street, Sacramento, California. Work to include: Replacing HVAC System serving Cyber room at Okinawa Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Contract Manager (CM) for this project is Anthony E. Paulsen III, at Anthony.E.Paulsen.civ@army.mil or the Assistant CM Mr. Carollo, George at george.carollo@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license, or subcontract to one. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Anthony E. Paulsen III, at Anthony.E.Paulsen.civ@army.mil and Mr. Carollo, George at george.carollo@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on May 1, 2024. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
