Site work for an educational facility in Millcreek, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Replace irrigation pump at moss elementary school A) remove existing pump. B) install new pump (gsd will supply the new pump) using existing backflow. C) install isolation valve and quick coupler downstream from the backflow. D) the waste from installation must be removed from campus. E) any landscape damaged during construction must be replaced or repaired. F) fittings need to be restrained. Bidders will be required to provide bid security in an amount equal to at least 5% of the bid, at the time the bid is submitted, if the bid amount is $50,000 or greater. The successful bidder must submit to the gsd school board full performance and payment bonds in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price for any job that is $50,000 or greater The contract will to be awarded with reasonable promptness, by written notice, to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the specifications. Consideration will to be given to the quality of the product(s) to be supplied, conformity to the specifications, the purpose for which required, delivery time required, discount terms and other criteria set forth in this invitation for bid. (b) the bids are opened publicly Questions must be submitted on-line Gsd reserves the right to reject any and all bids by reason of this paragraph.
