This RFP is being issued to solicit a letter of Interest (LOI) and other documents from firms qualified to perform engineering work on federal aid projects. A submittal does not guarantee the firm will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice the firm desires to be considered. Project includes ADA-compliant sidewalks for approximately 2,200 linear feet with curb ramps around the Town of Richland Park, connecting to the existing sidewalk on the west side of SR 161, and the east side of SR 161 from Division Street to the Town Hall. Approximately ten streetlights will be installed along the park sidewalks. Phases Included: CE Estimated Construction Amount: $921,000 Funding: Federal 80% Local 20% Term of Contract: Until Project Completion DBE goal: The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
