Question Deadline 04/19/2024 Any questions regarding this project are to be directed to the office of Armstrong Consultants, Inc., Salt Lake City, Utah, (801) 713-5222 for interpretation All questions about Contract Documents including Detailed Specifications and/or Construction Plans shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions will be accumulated and a reply will be issued by Addendum. Bidders identified on the planholders list will be notified by email that an Addendum is available by no later than five (5) business days before the scheduled Bid Opening. Questions received less than seven (7) business days prior to the time and date for opening Bids will not be answered.
