Wagon Wheel & DeForest Site Improvements The City of Coppell is accepting bids for the Wagon Wheel Tank Site Improvements (Project No. WA 22-01). This work shall consist of unclassified excavation, demolition, the construction of new concrete pavement and sidewalk, the installation and/or adjustment of drainage facilities, repair and replace portions of site security fencing/wall, including automatic gates, and all appurtenant work as laid out and described in the construction plans. Work shall include all components necessary for the "turnkey" construction of the driveway and related improvements as shown in the plans for Project No. WA 22-01. This work shall consist of removing and disposing of 41 LF of existing curb and 216 SY of existing concrete pavement, installation of approximately 296 SY of 7" concrete pavement and 112 SY of 4" concrete to include a new section of 4' sidewalk and a new 4' drainage channel, replacement of 205 LF of brick screen wall, repairs to remaining sections of existing wall and wrought iron fence, removal and replacement of existing drainage inlet with adjusted top elevation, install new drainage inlets and pipes, rerouting of existing drain pipe into new pipe, coring into existing headwall for new pipe, fill voids around existing overflow catch basin and connected RCP with concrete, adjusting existing irrigation system to ensure uniform and maximum coverage areas, erosion control and miscellaneous work in accordance with the construction plans.
