Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bothell, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

SCOPE OF WORK: PARK ROYAL SITE & DRAINAGE Park Royal is located at 18309 96th Ave NE Bothell 98011 and consists of two (2) multifamily buildings which house (23) twenty-three individual resident units. The resident population is diverse consisting of families with children and will be on site for the entire project. Tenant safety and site access must be maintained for the duration of the project. The buildings and elevated walkways were upgraded in 2022. Contractor is responsible to protect tenants, staff and all physical assets during construction. The site work will consist of (but not limited to) temporary erosion and sediment control, demolition of existing rockery at the east side of the property, construction of new eco block and concrete wall with steel railing system, installation of drainage structures, new asphalt paving and pavement markings at parking lot and all other work per the scope of work, specifications and drawings. Bidding Contractors are invited to attend the public opening. Amount: Five (5%) Percent of the Total bid must accompany Each Bid greater than one hundred fifty ($150,000) dollars. Provide with your bid proposal, a written statement from the contractor's bonding agent of the contractor's ability and capacity for providing a one hundred (100%) percent Performance and Payment Bond for the project. The statement shall be made on the official letterhead of the bonding company and signed by an authorized agent of the bonding company. The King County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the written consent of KCHA.
