The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD or Sewer District) is requesting proposals for Full Requirements Retail Electric Generation Supply from qualified PUCO-certified competitive retail electric suppliers for its Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and its forty-nine (49) remote sites located on The Illuminating Company system. The estimated annual electrical consumption for the fortynine (49) NEORSD remotes sites and Southerly WWTP is 87,000,000 kWh, of which, an estimated 84,000,000 kWh is for the Southerly WWTP, and an estimated 3,000,000 kWh is for the remaining fortynine (49) remotes sites. From on or about the June 2025 meter reading date(s), through May 2028, May 2030, May 2032, and May 2035 meter reading date(s).
