Grit and Screenings Hauling and Disposal Services. Question Deadline 05/01/2024 at 10:00 AM PT Online Q&A Yes. Scope of Services CONTRACTOR shall provide at its own risk and cost, all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, hauling, dumping and other related items needed to haul and dispose of the Non-Hazardous grit and screenings generated by the Encina Wastewater Authority (EWA) at the Encina Water Pollution Control Facility (EWPCF). The grit and screenings shall be collected in a container supplied by CONTRACTOR and hauled by the CONTRACTOR to the Sycamore Canyon Landfill located in San Diego County, California.
