Madej, AIA, Team 8e Architecture, tmadej@team8e.com The Architect shall receive inquiries on their plans and specifications up to eight (8) days prior to the bid due date The Work consists of the construction of a new Emergency Services Building (Fire & EMS) that is primarily a pre-engineered metal building wall with split-face C.M.U. wainscot. The building is separated by 2-hour fire barriers into three different use groups (B-Business, S-2 Commercial Vehicle Garage, and R-2 Dormitory for the EMT Personnel Living Quarters). The work shall also include Site Improvements for new utilities, parking, grading & seeding, stormwater conveyance & storage, etc.
