Marc Service to provide for the replacement of the existing refrigeration equipment for one existing walk-in cooler and one walk-in freezer, to include the following: o Remove and dispose of 3 evaporator coils, and two remote condensing units per EPA standards. o Furnish and install one new evaporator coil for walk-in cooler. o Furnish and install one new evaporator coil with electric defrost for walk-in freezer. o Furnish and install two new remote condensing units mounted on new steel stands on existing concrete slabs where units now sit. o Furnish and install new refrigeration lines for both units. o Leak test, evacuate, and charge units with R404a refrigerant. o Furnish and install new liquid line filter dryers on both units. o Furnish and install new condensate drains on new evaporator coils. o Price based on prevailing wage rates. o Start-up and test new units.
