Temporary Primary Polymer System at South Shore Water Reclamation Facility. Description: The project contemplated consists of: Remove and salvage existing polymer mixing equipment and containment units . Remove existing polymer tubing, submersible mixers, power, and controls . Provide reinforced concrete foundations . Provide concrete equipment pads . Provide insulated buildings for new polymer systems . Provide excavation, pavement removal, backfill, and surface restoration including asphalt pavement, concrete curbs, and lawn . Provide buried piping and fittings . Provide building piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances . Provide gallery piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances . Install Owner furnished polymer mixing skids . Install Owner furnished polymer totes . Provide chemical containment units . Provide building HVAC . Provide power distribution equipment . Provide lighting, outlets, and switches . Provide conduit and wiring . Provide mixers in primary influent boxes . Provide polymer distributor and piping in primary influent boxes .
