Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Dundee, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

Storage Building specifications Site visits are available upon request Minimum capacity 2500 tons of salt, sand, or a mix there-of Minimum dimensions 50 foot wide x 100 foot long outside dimensions Concrete walls on three sides. Concrete may be poured in place or pre-fabricated. A 30-foot apron will be built out from the open (eastern) end. The southern side of this apron shall have a concrete curb along the full length two feet higher than the elevation of the apron. This shall allow for an elevated platform for loading of trucks and prevent the loader from coming off the apron. A 2" sleeve though the eastern end of the north concrete wall. Exact location to be marked on-site. Overall highest point of structure shall be approximately 36 feet from the finished floor. Inside floor of the structure and apron shall be asphalt, 6" thick, to be bid separately. Fabric shall cover three sides, open on the eastern end. Location: 656 Dundee-Glenora Road, Dundee, New York 14837 Site visits are available upon request.
