The project will consist of approximately 2.12 miles of 8-inch HDPE pipe to convey water from the Navajo Gallup Water Supply Project San Juan Lateral to the Naschitti Chapter Community Water System. The project will also include a chlorination building and a new 200,000-gallon water storage tank. From Shiprock, NM: Starting from the US HWY 491 and US HWY 64 (south) intersection, drive south on US HWY 491 for 44 miles. Turn right (west) on to NM HWY 134 for 180-feet. Turn left (south) on to Old Hwy and Indian Service Route 32 for 0.4 miles to the Sheep Springs Chapter Complex.
