Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Leominster, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The City of Leominster is seeking quotes from experienced, capable plumbers for the installation of two (2) new bathrooms in the Fire Department's central Fire Station. The work consists of supplying and installing all necessary plumbing and all fixtures as described below. Each bathroom will include: One (1) Toilet One (1) 4 ft. Shower unit One (1) Wall hung lavatory Fixtures to be supplied and installed are: Two (2) Sterling brand 4 ft. Showers Two (2) Kohler brand shower valves and trim Two (2) Kohler brand wall hung lavatories and faucets Two (2) Kohler brand comfort height toilets All work must be fully completed by May 31, 2024. Work will take place at the central Fire Station, 19 Church Street, Leominster, MA 01453. Bathroom installation is on the first/ground floor of the building.
