Bids not submitted on the District's required forms shall be deemed non-responsive and shall not be considered. Additional sheets required to fully respond to requested information are permissible. The pre-bid job walks must be attended by a Principal of the company proposing to submit a bid or an employee of the company who is a Construction Superintendent or a Project Manager. You must attend both and sign-in at both mandatory pre-bid job walks. The Sign-In Sheets will act as a Site Visit Certification that the responsible bidder has attended the mandatory pre-bid job walks. Failure to attend, sign-in, or tardiness will render bid ineligible. The District has determined the general prevailing rate to be the per diem wages for each craft or type ofworkman or mechanic needed to execute this contract asset forth in the collective bargaining agreements for Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties, California.
