The scope of work includes all the DEMO and installation of mechanical equipment, electrical, gas piping and lay-in ceilings as per the state approved plans by code for this scope of work. South Elementary School 570 Stone Rd Pinson, TN 38366 IF YOUR BID MEETS OR EXCEEDS $25,000.: IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU SUBMIT A FIVE (5) PERCENT BOND WITH YOUR BID. IF YOUR BID MEETS OR EXCEEDS $25,000 AND YOU ARE THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER: IT WILL BE REQUIRED THAT YOU OBTAIN AND SHOW PROOF OF PAYMENT/PERFORMANCE BOND OR BONDS IN THE AMOUNT OF 100% OF THE CONTRACT SUM BEFORE A PURCHASE ORDER CAN BE GENERATED.
