The Board of Education of the Seneca Valley a/ School District, Harmony, Pennsylvania will receive separate sealed proposals for the QUARRY TILE REPLACEMENT PHASE 3 - RYAN GLOYER MIDDLE SCHOOL project, 122 Seneca School Road, Harmony Pennsylvania, under single Prime Contract, General Construction (GC). Each bid must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total of the Base Bid Project is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987. as amended and supplemented owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or parts thereof or items therein and to waive any informality in the bidding Questions pertaining to the content of the Bid- ding Documents shall be directed to Brian Fulker- son and Terri Hoover, Eckles Construction Services, by email at blf@ecklesgroup.com a tkh@ecklesgroup.com using the approved Pre- Bid RFI form. Phone calls will not be accepted.
