As of June 12, 2024, project was awarded to Bothar Construction, awarded amount is $940,050.50. The Owner is Chenango County and the work site is located in the Town of Preston. The project limits extend approximately 130 feet to the east and west of the existing culvert. The Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Goal for this project is: 10.0 % The Womens Business Enterprise (WBE) Goal for this project is: 15.0 % bid Security in the from of cashiers Check amount of 5 % of the total bid, made payable to Chenango County The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Guarantee Bonds from an acceptable Surety Company for an amount not less than 100% of the accepted bid.
