Site work and addition to a medical facility in Chateauguay, Quebec. Design plans call for the addition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Upgrades and improvements to the Anna-Laberge Hospital. The scope of the project includes an expansion of the endoscopy department premises in order to bring them up to current standards. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded civil and structural, and mechanical and electrical engineering professional consultants following the requests for proposals 23-1838-AO-S /1794477 and 23-1837-AO-S /1796248, respectively, and is finalizing agreements with an architectural professional consultant pre-selected following the RFP 23-1836-AO-S /1792158. Preliminary studies are underway. Project development start is anticipated in early summer after award of an architectural consultant. Further update at that time.
