New water main installation and remove and replace HMA pavement, preparation of base, aggregate base repair, new storm sewer and all other appurtenant construction The Bidder shall supply all required supervision, skilled labor, transportation, new materials, apparatus, and tools necessary for the entire and proper completion of the Work. The Work is as described in the Detailed Special Conditions, and may consist of the provision of services, professional services, materials, supplies, equipment, or some combination thereof ("the Work"). The Bidder shall supply, maintain, and remove all equipment for the performance of the work and be responsible for the safe, proper, and lawful construction, maintenance, and use of the same. This work shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Village. The Bidder shall provide adequate protection of the job site to protect the general public from any injury as a result ofthe job. The Bidder shall provide all safeguards and suitable barricades to protect public and adjacent property. The Village is not responsible for site safety. The Bidder is solely and exclusively responsible for construction means, methods, technologies, and site safety. The Bidder is responsible for identifying whether the bid proposal involves the provision of labor, materials, professional services, or a combination thereof, and for complying with the appropriate components of these Contract Documents. Where the Work requires the provision of supplies or goods, all such goods shall be new, unused materials, unless the Work expressly indicates that recycled or used materials may be utilized.
