The project includes the demolition and replacement of the Infirmary Building EPDM roofing system located at Iowa School for the Deaf (ISD), 3501 Harry Langdon Blvd, Council Bluffs, IA 51503 The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5%of the total bidamount. Eachbidshall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawnuponasolvent bankchartered under the laws of the United States of America.
