Renovation of a multi-residential development in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

This project is subject to prevailing wage rates. Minority and women owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to Roy Messier, Senior Project Engineer of Verdantas, LLC, 401-728-6860. email: rmessier@verdantas.com by Wednesday October 9, 2024, at 3:00 PM. Upon receipt of any written questions, an addendum will be issued to all bidders on Friday October 11, 2024. BID SECURITY in the form of bid bond, certified check, treasurer's check or cashier's check in the amount of 5(%) percent of the bid amount must accompany each Bid. No bidder may withdraw his Bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Pawtucket Housing Authority, Galego Court Stair Tower Repairs Project work encompassed under this Contract shall include, but not limited to, establishing a perimeter around specified work area, posting proper signage of possible hazards on site, filing for applicable State and Local permits, geotechnical borings at each stair tower, installation of four (4) helical piles per stair tower, and any site preparation and restoration needed to restore site to existing conditions prior to construction, all as shown on the contract documents, and providing all materials, labor, tools and incidentals necessary to complete the work of this contract to the satisfaction of the Owner.
