The Scope of Services is for the Design and Oversight of Renovations of Historic Foot Bridge, at the following location: Richfield County Park 6322 N. Irish Road Davison, MI 48423 The Scope of Services consists of performing to the satisfaction of the Commission: a. The preparation of design plans through thorough evaluation of repairs needed to subject structures b. Specifications c. Special provisions d. All bid documents necessary for this project to be advertised for bids e. All surveying, testing and field investigation necessary to ascertain existing conditions to complete the design of this project f. On-site construction observation, prepare construction paperwork, perform construction staking, construction management, and testing services necessary to accomplish the work described herein consistent with applicable professional standards.
