Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Gainesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

A pre-bid site visit will not be required. For questions, please contact the County Project Manager or the Issuing Officer 1 Bidders shall submit cost per respective quantity to furnish bronze coating and/or paint for metal roofs on Exhibit C -Cost Proposal, which is contained herein. The bronze coating and/or paint must meet or exceed the following requirements: Ten (10)-year color retention warranty Must be able to be applied with a brush and/or roller Must be resistant to weather and peeling Quantity needed for 32,000 square feet of surface area 1.2 County Consultants. From time to time, the County may select an outside consultant at its own discretion who will act under the direction of County's Project Manager. The consultant will have full authority to act on behalf of the County; however, the consultant may not solicit goods and services on behalf of the County without prior written approval from the County. Contractors MUST follow all specification sections prepared by the County's consultant, and Contractors MUST allow the consultant to inspect the work.
