Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Anamosa, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and for site work for a road / highway.

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for Structural repair work on the Admin Building Front Porch and Retaining Wall south of front steps at Anamosa State Penitentiary, Anamosa, 52205. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on April 03, 2025 and end on September 23, 2025. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. This project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax. Davis Bacon Wages will not apply to this project. Questions must be submitted by 02:00 pm, October 17th, 2024, to the Issuing Officer.
