The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilit ( DOCR) is soliciting sealed bids from contracting firms interested in the construction of a 10-foot-tall f located on the North Dakota Youth Correctional Center (NDYCC)/Heart River Correctional Center (HRC( campus in Mandan, N.D. The nature of the work will include constructing approximately 1700 liner feet 10-foot-tall fence, installation of two vehicle gates and three walkthrough gates as specified in the engineering plans, drawings, and specifications. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amoun their bid, as specified by Section 43-07-07 of the North Dakota Century Code. The bidder shall include ; copy of his/her license or certificate of renewal thereof enclosed in the required bid bond envelope as required pursuant to section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended. Each bid must I accompanied by a separate envelope containing the contractor s license and full bid security. The bid security must be in a sum equal to five (5) percent of the full amount of the bid and must be in the forn bidder s bond as required by Section 48-01.2-5, North Dakota Century Code Contractor personnel who will be performing work on site ar required to complete a background check approval process in accordance with the Prison Rape Elimina Act (PREA) of 2003 and the FBI s CJIS Security Policy.
