Vendors are invited to submit an offer for gravel parking lot of the St. Joseph-Ogden H.S. property. The project is to excavate an existing grassy area and install a roughly 24,000 SF gravel parking lot for our buses to park on. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all work, which shall include all costs (materials, delivery, labor, etc.). The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
