The Project includes the establishment of Vegetative Treatment Areas (VTA) to manage water quality from its cattle farm operations, improvements to an existing manure stacking pad, stormwater conveyance improvements, and the decommissioning of a stormwater pond. Work is permitted under the University of Minnesota Building Codes Department for compliance with MPCA and Stevens county interim operating permit requirements. A MnDoT permit for miscellaneous work on a trunk highway right of way is expected to be required in addition to coordination with Northern Natural Gas for the portion of the work performed in their easement. Anez Consulting is the Architect/Engineer of Record for the Project. Deadline for RFP Questions April 25, 2024 at Noon Identification of Potential Selected Respondent May 10, 2024 Anticipated Authorization to Proceed May 15, 2024 A Pre-Proposal Meeting has been scheduled (via a Zoom Meeting) for the date and time noted in section 2.1 of this RFP. In the interests of public health, this meeting will occur digitally with no in-person attendance permitted. Participation at this Pre-Proposal Meeting is not mandatory; however, it is highly encouraged for prime firms that are interested in responding to this RFP.
