CityHousing Hamilton wishes to replace the existing window wall assembly and punched windows at the non-balcony risers as well as replacement of all horizontal and vertical masonry control joints. Provisional Work includes the replacement of all balcony window, spandrel panel and door assemblies as well as painting and perimeter sealant replacement at the HVAC metal closure panels located on the balconies.
