Lake Havasu City is seeking proposals for the purchase and installation of 6 HVAC units of 2 different sizes, located in 2 separate locations. All the units are like-for-like replacements, due to the units being past their estimated useful life. These units are used in electrical rooms and must meet specifications. Brands listed are existing equipment and are presented as an example of specifications. Equivalent units from other manufacturers will be considered. Question Deadline 04/24/2024 Any Bidder requesting clarification of or protesting or questioning any of the Specifications must submit specific questions or protests in writing (includes email) to the contact person listed below. Requests for clarification and protests must be physically received not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date and time of bid closing.
