Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed Work includes the supply and installation of approximately 50 metres of 250 mm diameter PVC sanitary sewer, 275 metres of 200 mm diameter PVC sanitary sewer, 190 metres of 250 mm diameter ductile iron water main, 115 metres of 200 mm diameter ductile iron water main, 120 metres of 450 mm diameter storm sewer, as well as any associated service laterals and appurtenances, a temporary water system, concrete block retaining walls, pedestrian refuge island, steel-backed log guard rail, reinstatement of the roadway, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, landscaping, and the placement of asphalt concrete on Main Street, as well as connections to the Northside Trail in The City of Fredericton.
