Renovation of an educational facility in Skidmore, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Existing High School Renovations and Door Replacements Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, as amended, it is the intention of the Skidmore-Tynan Independent School District (the "District") to select via the one-step Request for Proposal process a Construction Manager-at-Risk for the construction ofthe project described herein. Persons or entities submitting proposals are referred to herein as "Offeror(s)". Proposals are to include the information requested in Section II of this Request for Proposals in the sequence and format prescribed. In addition to and separate from the requested information, Offerors submitting proposals may provide supplementary materials further describing their capabilities and experience. Offerors shall submit one (1) original and Two (2) copies ofthe Proposal. Construction pursuant to the RFP #02 For Existing High School Renovations and Door Replacements (the "Project"). The description of the work, budget and projected schedule for construction for the Project is attached as Exhibit "A." Existing High School and Various Buildings - Remove existing windows, replace with metal stud walls, exterior sheathing, insulation, interior drywall, damp proofing and cement covering. Add (1) 2'-0" x 4'-0" aluminum casement window, and (1) mini split A/C unit to each classroom. Replace exterior doors. Schedule: construction expected to take 4 months Budget: $500,000.00
