Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The 68 RQS is requesting the procurement of a tempered-glass partition with an entry door to allow a Parent-Child room for the Haeffner Gym. Parent child area needed in Haeffner Fitness center to be in compliance with DAFI 34-114, allowing Parents to exercise and watch their children at the same time. CLIN 0001 - Child Barrier (1 EA) CLIN 0002 - Delivery / Install (1 EA) A Solicitation COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION is included as an attachment. a. Site Visit date will be 10 April 2024 12:00 PM MST, attendance is not required b. All questions must be submitted by 12 April 2024 12:00 PM MST c. All quotes must be submitted via email by 17 April 2024 12:00 PM MST The Haeffner Fitness facility needs to install a glass barrier for the ParentChild room IAW DAFI 34-114. It must be shatterproof tempered-glass and be at least 30 inches high. The wall must allow direct line of sight with an entry/exit that can isolate a child play area completely from other areas. The room measurement is as follows: Length 33' 7" Width 17' 1" The room is rectangular shaped.
