one (1) year Term Contract with qualified electrical contractors to provide testing, maintenance, emergency repairs and upgrades to Medium Voltage (Voltage Range >1kv to 35kv) electrical distribution infrastructure and equipment systems (Electrical Distribution System) and related and/or ancillary work on the Low Voltage Systems for the ORDA Alpine Ski Centers. The majority of the Electrical Distribution System at the Alpine Ski Center venues are located on rugged mountains terrain and require year-round service under extreme winter weather conditions. The scope of the Term Contract will also include the other ORDA venues. The ORDA Alpine Ski Centers are: Gore Mountain Ski Center - North Creek, NY Whiteface Mountain Ski Center - Wilmington, NY Belleayre Mountain Ski Center - Highmount, NY A general description of the electrical distribution system for the ORDA Alpine Ski Centers are as follows: Gore Mountain Ski Center - North Creek, NY Service Provider: National Grid Main Service 34.5kV - 3 Phase 35kV Substation 2kV Switch Gear 8kV Substation Distribution Infrastructure - Combination of underground and overhead distribution lines Whiteface Mountain Ski Center - Wilmington, NY Service Provider: NYSEG Main Service 34.5kV - 3 Phase Distribution Infrastructure - Combination of underground and overhead distribution lines Belleayre Mountain Ski Center - Highmount, NY Service Provider: NYSEG Main Service 12.4kV - 3 Phase Distribution Infrastructure - Primarily underground with minimal overhead distribution lines Other ORDA venues that are under the scope of this Term Contract include: Mt.
