Request for Proposals (RFP): Vermont State Highway Safety Office (SHSO) Traffic Records Coordinating Committee (TRCC) Annual Planning Services 2025 The Vermont State Highway Safety Office (SHSO) of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking contractor services to perform consulting services at the request of the Traffic Records Coordinating Committee (TRCC). This will include coordinating and attending regular TRCC meetings, providing the TRCC meeting agenda, and posting to the SharePoint site and provide support for quarterly reports to NHTSA. The contractor will coordinate sharing and integrations of safety data between data systems, assist in the monitoring of the TRCC approved statewide data improvement programs compliance, and with the TRCC chair to prioritize TRCC projects using an expert understanding of Vermont Traffic Records. All questions related to this RFP shall be forwarded to Caryn Pletzer, AOT Contract Administration, in writing, by e-mail at caryn.pletzer@vermont.gov . All such questions and requests shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. VTrans will not be bound by any oral communications.
