Description of Services/Background: 1. The Contractor shall provide Interior Construction, Electrical & Low-Voltage Services needed to prepare two conference room walls for the subsequent installation of a video wall system by the equipment vendor. The two Conference Rooms are on the 6th and 11th floors of the Allenby Building located at 1215 O Street in Sacramento. The scope will involve minor demolition, low-voltage cable installation and patching/repairing of drywall as well as acoustic wall panels. 2. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 11, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid.
