Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Weed, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.

Any clarifications resulting from questions will be distributed to all firms participating in this opportunity who have received a copy of the Bid documents. Questions received after 3:00 p.m. on April 15, 2024, will NOT be addressed. The Contractor shall perform within the time stipulated the contract as herein defined, and shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete in a workmanlike manner all the work required in connection with the following titled project: WEED E.S. NEW ADMIN / CLASSROOM BUILDING INCREMENT 2, Bid Package WES2024.2.7.4.P1.1 Siding: Labor Only Ph 1.1 in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified in Article 4 below, which shall be free from any and all liens and claims from mechanics, material suppliers, subcontractors, artisans, machinists, teamsters, freight carriers, and laborers required for the Project.
